I will be presenting at the PMA 2012 conference

The University of Cambridge will organize on behalf of the Performance Management Association (PMA) annual PMA conference (it has been running since 1988). This year’s theme theme for PMA2012 is Performance Management: From Strategy to Delivery.

There is a number of distinguished participants from the performance management field. For example the conference will be hosted by Professor Andy Neely, and co-chaired by Professor Mike Bourne. Three world-class keynotes will present at the conference; Howard Dresner, a widely regarded expert in business intelligence and Professor Gerhard Satzger, IBM’s Director Business Performance Services, Europe, and Professor Christopher Hood, University of Oxford.

I will be presenting my paper “What is your PMI? A Model for Assessing the Maturity of Performance Management in Organizations“. It presents the most important findings of my doctoral study and summarizes my dissertation in just 14.5 pages.
